How to Use

Take a pack of Test and Stak every day for 21 straight days. On training days, take it 30-45 minutes before lifting. On off days, take it between meals. Once Test and Stak are done after 21 days, cycle Animal M-Stak for best results—three weeks on, one week off. Repeat as needed. The single red capsule contains the Energy Complex (stims) and has approximately 200 mg of caffeine. You may remove this as needed.
