The product definitely helped with hormone balance and I had a noticeable difference in my skin and nails, but after about a week of taking it I had insomnia. I continued to take the product and even completely cut out caffeine in the meantime and still couldn't sleep well. After a few days of stopping the product, my sleep pattern went back to normal.

  Veronica Garcia very surprised to hear this as there is no stimulants whatsoever in the product but if you did notice that your sleep pattern went back to normal, not using would be the best course of action.
