  Oddly enough this actually gave me insomnia after about a week of taking it so I had to stop. After a few days of stopping, I was able to sleep normally again.

  Veronica Garcia hmm thats strange but everyone is different and if something doesn't agree with you, it's better to discontinue and not use. Im sorry that you had this experience.
