The answer is not exactly cut and dried, but think of Animal Greens as a super concentrated source of nutrient-rich greens and botanicals, coupled with antioxidant-rich phytonutrients. As fruits and vegetables contain upward of 80-90% water, they leave behind potent concentrates when they are dried out for powder. Our best estimate is that Animal Greens provides around 2 servings of fruits/vegetables based upon dry raw product weight.
