How do I edit my subscription?

Editing Subscription

You can edit your subscription under your account on the animalpak.com website. In order to do so, you must be logged in. Once you have logged in, visit your account. Under your account, the very last tab called "Subscriptions" will be the place where you can edit everything that has to do with each of your subscriptions.

Updating Shipping Address and/or Payment Information

If you're looking to have your subscription sent to a new location, you must update the shipping address under "Shipping Addresses". The same goes for updating your credit card that the subscription is on file with. Click "Payment Methods" and update your information.  This will ensure the most updated and accurate information will be available for future automated orders.
