How to Use
Take twice daily: one packet when you wake up and one packet 4-6 hours later. Use for 3 weeks straight, then take 1 week off. After the week off, you can run it again. For optimal results, be sure to combine with a proper cutting diet. Animal Cuts can be stacked with any other Animal supplement. Leave time in between ingesting other supplements to ensure optimal absorption.

What is proper cutting diet to be taken after having cuts ?....should a apple is ok to eat in the morning with cuts then go to the gym?

Hi @sumit aggarwal. Thanks for your question. Everyone is different but generally, most do well with a low fat, moderate/low carbohydrate, high protein intake diet. Having an apple before the gym is fine but you're going to need some slower digesting carbs, some protein and a little bit of fat. Heres what i would do as a sample:
Meal 1: 1 cup egg whites/.5oz almonds/1/2cup greens
Meal 2: 5oz chicken/ .5cups jasmine rice/ 1/2 cup greens
meal 3: 5oz chicken/ 1/2 avocado
(Preworkout Meal) (you would put this one hour before you plan on training: 2 scoops Animal Whey/ 40g dry measure (then cooked) oatmeal/ 8g natural peanut butter (all mixed together and can be eaten with a spoon)
I would also include daily cardio of 20 minutes on treadmill
